Business Post Group Ltd.
In 2018, after purchasing the Sunday Business Post from Sunrise Media, Enda O’Coineen together with Colm O’Reilly, formed the Business Post Group, with the aim of establishing a larger media group.
Subsequent acquisitions have included iQuest Events and Hospitality Expo, Irish Tatler Magazine, Food & Wine Magazine and Auto Ireland from publisher Irish Studio, and more recently Red C Polling company. The company has also taken equity stakes in Belfast based tech events company DigitalDNA, and diaspora engagement platform Tribe101.
Irish Studio received a small stake in the Business Post Group as a result of their transaction.
In 2023, Swedish media group Bonnier bought an undisclosed stake in the group. Enda O’Coineen remains the majority shareholder.

led the acquisition process of the then Sunday Business Post by Kilcullen Kapital in 2018, before joining the company executive board as head of the Investment in Digital Transformation project. Group CEO and Publisher - As Chairman of Kilcullen Kapital investment platform, acquired what was then The Sunday Business Post in 2018 and has since completed six other investments and partnerships. Enda is an entrepreneur, sailor and published author with a background in hospitality, technology, finance, and corporate governance. He also has experience in media and broadcasting having worked as a journalist for the Irish Times.
Group COO - In 2018, Colm led the acquisition process of the then Sunday Business Post by Kilcullen Kapital and then joined the company executive board as head of the Investment in Digital Transformation project before becoming CEO of the Business Post in 2019 and subsequently taking up the role of COO of the Group in September 2022.
Colm is responsible for coordinating operations and finance for the Business Post Group. He has over 25 years’ experience in Media, Investment Management and the Drinks and Hospitality industries across Ireland, the US, and the UK. In 2021 Colm was appointed Chairman of Newsbrands Ireland.
